A compelling documentary, no doubt. This quote from Sting is one of my favorites pulled from the story. It delivers the goods as to why today, skill and experience still remain supreme:

There’s this idea that you can go on American Idol and suddenly become a star; but you may bypass the spiritual work you have to do to get there.
